By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the dhk333 platform — including the website at dhk333.app, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all games, betting markets, and account services provided therein — you ("the User", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("the Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published by dhk333 (collectively, "the Policies").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the dhk333 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Access to and use of dhk333 constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in their entirety. Bets placed immediately before a market suspension are subject to review.

Suspension or closure by dhk333. dhk333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.

Funds on closure. Where an account is closed by dhk333 due to a breach of these Terms, all bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play are immediately voided. Real-money deposits that have not been wagered may be returned to the original payment method at dhk333's discretion, subject to any applicable fraud investigation requirements. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, funds may be withheld pending investigation and/or turned over to relevant authorities.

Self-exclusion closure. • Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes — all bets are placed at the user's own financial risk.
• Temporary or permanent platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, DDoS attack, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil disturbance, or government action.

However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
